Located in the ante-choir under the church is the museum center SPIRITUAL TREASURES OF QUEEN SANTA ISABEL

In this location there is an exhibition with relics and various objects from the Confraternity's collection including strands of the Queen's hair the pilgrim's staff that was offered to her by the Archbishop of Santiago de Compostela during her pilgrimage after the death of Dom Dinis the garments in which Queen Saint Isabel was shrouded ordered to be replaced by Queen Maria second when she visited the Monastery as she thought they were not the most worthy as well as a reliquary box that holds these same embroidered shrouds together with a sheet

There are also collections from several countries in this location such as liturgical vestments missals and crucifixes made of mother-of-pearl and black powder from the 17th century

In this room we can also see several sculptures such as those of St. Bartholomew, St. Francis and St. Michael the Archangel
